1. Orders and Reservations

  • A reservation deposit is required to secure your place in our limited production run. This deposit is fully refundable until the final invoice is issued.

  • Payment of the final invoice confirms your order and initiates production. Final payments are non-refundable.

 

2. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated and applied based on your location.

 

3. Production and Delivery

​

  • Each Eir system is handcrafted to order. Production timelines may vary based on demand and material availability.

  • Delivery estimates are provided at the time of order but are subject to change.

 

4. Product Information

​

  • Due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations in appearance, finish, and patina are expected. These variations are not defects.

  • Product descriptions and images on our website are for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Eir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Eir and may not be used without written permission.

 

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
